We provide emergency dental cover for "ALL COMERS". We welcome new emergency dental patients, patients who are just coming for emergency care and if you are very nervous (most emergency patients are!!) then you are welcome too.
Our charges for emergency dental care is exactly the same as for our regular patients.
If you have insurance we will help you out with the paperwork.
We arrange our diaries so that there are always spaces for emergencies.
Most of the time we will offer the patient an immediate appointment.
We are open 07.30am to 07.30pm Monday to Friday
We are open 07.30am to 05.30pm Saturday
We are open 09.00am to 05.30pm Sunday
And we make sure that we always have a dentist available during these hours
We are very happy to see patients up to 10.00pm.
What Happens if I ring at 2.00am?
For 18 hours a day we will offer you an immediate appointment, but if you ring at 2.00am we will answer and make you an appointment for 7.30am.
Will You be able to solve my emergency dental problem?
Our dentists are all extremely experienced in treating emergencies and we offer the full range of Emergency treatments
Unlike the NHS Emergency Service, with us, it is YOU THE PATIENT who decides what you can have done. So, if it is appropriate, we can do most things on your first visit. so if a tooth needs to be extracted we will do it on the day, likewise a filling, we can even provide a new permanent Ceramic Crown the same day.
The most common problems are toothache caused by decay and infections under teeth.
We can provide Tooth Dressings, New Fillings, Root Canal Treatments, Tooth Extractions, even Wisdom Teeth Extractions can usually be done at your first visit on your first visit.
A recent survey showed that we solved the problems of 98% of emergency patients on their first visit.
We also keep a full stock of Antibiotics.
We can even provide you with a new All Ceramic Crown or Bridge on the same day using our state of the art CEREC Machine.
We offer a Same Day Denture Repair Service.
We can even provide a Same Day new Denture Service.
When should the patient go straight to CasualtyThere are a number of conditions that should not wait and when you should go to Casualty straight away.
1. A rash or itchiness after taking tablets or any medication.
2. Anything that makes it difficult to swallow or to breath.
3. Any bleeding that refuses to respond to pressure.
4. If you feel you are about to pass out or collapse.
5. Any other situation where you feel you can't wait.
